BeoCord Compact cassette

Production: 1981 - 10/1983

Documents: Owners Manual, Owners Manual, Schematic, Service Manual

Produced as a replacement for the Beocord 1900, Beocord 2400 was a stereo cassette deck fitted with Dolby B Noise Reduction and was able to playback and record on to metal tape. Automatic recognition between the ferric oxide and Chrom Dioxid tape was possible too.

A  large pair of split-channel VU meters ensured that optimum recording levels were possible by using the input slider and a 3-digit tape counter was fitted with a reset button to aid secure location of favorite tracks for repeat playing.
