BeoLit 700 (1965)

BeoLit Portable Radio

Production: 1965 - 1970

Documents: Owners Manual, Service Manual

Beolit 700 was an FM, LW, MW and SW portable radio set. Equipped with two extendable TM aerials the radio had a leather case and matching handle and was fitted with connections for a record deck/tape recorder, an additional loudspeaker, and an external antenna.

The SW band covered the 22 - 49-meter waveband and ran off its internal batteries.  It delivered 1 W of undistorted sound and looked reminiscent of the Beolit 611 de Luxe FMK, the radio which it replaced.

Beolit 1000 replaced this model in 1970.
