BeoVision Avant 32

BeoVision

Production: 1997 - 12/1998

There were two models in the original Avant range: the smaller 28″ screen version and this, the slightly largerBeoVision Avant 32. It was a direct replacement to the Beosystem AV9000 and with its slightly larger screen made it an ideal family TV set.

Dolby Pro-Logic was at first fitted although was subsequently replaced with a Dolby Surround Sound module which allowed true 5.1 sound when connected to suitable loudspeakers.

A VHS video tape recorder was fitted to its body, in exactly the same way as the smaller BeoVision Avant 28.
