BeoGram 9500

BeoGram Record Decks

Production: 1989 - 1995

Documents: Owners Manual, Schematic, Service Manual

Looking like a Beogram 3000 and mechanically identical to the  Beogram 5005 this hybrid of a record deck was produced as a complementary turntable for the Beocenter 9500. Its finish, therefore, was remarkably similar. It also resembled a Beogram 4500 too, so it was a real lookalike, preferring not to be given any of its individuality.

Technically-speaking though, Beogram 9500 was devoid of any RIAA pre-amplifier (unlike the Beogram 4500) and was fitted with an MMC2 pickup as standard. It could be remotely controlled of course, via the Beocenter 9500 for which it was designed, although it would feel equally at home with Beocenter 9500’s replacement, the Beocenter 9300 which by then (because of how compact discs were taking over the music industry) did not possess its complementary-numbered record deck.
