BeoMaster 1600 (1980)

BeoMaster

Production: 1980 - 03/1983

Similar to the Beomaster 1700 - both internally and externally - the radio tuner on the Beomaster 1600 was FM waveband only. To make up the difference between the two models two extra push-buttons were offered whereby users could tune in their favourite stations.

Kitted in black - rather than the Beomaster 1700’s aluminum fascia - the receiver looked particularly impressive, especially its body when clad in its rich rosewood veneer.
