BeoGram 1102

BeoGram Record Decks

Production: 1974 - 01/1979

Documents: Service Manual, Schematic

Beogram 1102 was sold with the color-coordinated conscious in mind and also for those who preferred an easy life of their record playing as this particular deck was fully automatic fitted. Just pop a disc onto the platter, press the large left-hand side top rocker switch and the record player took over, deciding on speed and size. All the user had to do was sit back and enjoy.

Like Beogram 1100, cartridge MMC 3000 came as standard.  Because tracking was extremely light, an equally light magnesium pickup arm was provided. No disc - however warped or unstable - was a problem. And if there were fluctuations in the electrical mains supply, Bang & Olufsen’s Electro Servo Drive ensured that the deck always played at the same speed.

This solidly-made deck was capable of being used with any of Bang & Olufsen’s later receivers such as Beomaster 1900.
