Beolit 608AM/FM were the company’s very first portable radios to be manufactured with transistors.

The battery, protected by, a plastic case, is easily and quickly replaceable. Large B&O high-quality loudspeaker assures superb tone quality.

The Beolit AM-FM had jacks for external aerial, external speaker, and gramophone - the gramophone jack may be quickly and easily rewired for use as tape recorder jack.
