BeoGram 1902

BeoGram Record Decks

Production: 1977 - 09/1978

Documents: Service Manual

Replacing the Beogram 1900, the Beogram 1902 looked very similar to its predecessor on the outside, but internally this Beogram differed from the former deck in that the motor had changed from one of AC induction to that of a DC servo.  This new motor allowed for even more precision and accuracy when playing discs as everything on board was now controlled electronically allowing for higher reliability.

This popular record deck came fitted with the MMC 4000 cartridge and gave immense ease of use through its fully-automatic facilities. Its Electronic Servo Drive (ESD) allowed for resistance in mains current variations and was extremely resistant to external shock and vibrations.

Eventually replaced by Beogram 1700, Beogram 1902 was an excellent machine overall, many of which are still in use today.
