Beovision MS6000

BeoVision

Production: 1996 - 12/2000

As with the Beovision ME6000 the Beovision MS6000 was sold to customers who did not require sophisticated interconnectivity possibilities between different Bang & Olufsen models.  Accordingly, Datalink could not be used (although the Beocord VX7000 could still be successfully operated) and there there were no Power Linkconnections for expanding the sound through Bang & Olufsen active speakers. The set’s inbuilt spekaers were bass reflex and so offered good sound.

The Beolink 1000 remote control was the recommended terminal and a motorised stand - as with the set’s more expensive partners - could also be used.

When the set was upgraded, a silver model was introduced to the range and operation was via the Beo4remote control terminal.

The Beovision MX6000 took over sales of this particular model upon it being withdrawn from the market.
