BeoCord Compact cassette

Beocord 1900 was a high-quality stereo cassette recorder which was fitted with Dolby NR noise reduction. It was on a par with the best that Bang & Olufsen had to offer at this period and was a viral machine sales-wise. It had been designed specifically for the ever-popular Beomaster 1900, and between them visually it seemed a marriage made in heaven. However, sizes of the two machines varied by quite a few millimeters and to place the two together meant that there was always a definite visual ’step’ between them.
