Hi-fi separates are quite simply the best way to obtain top-quality sound reproduction in your home and with that philosophy, the Beosystem separates’ system, developed by Jacob Jensen and the Bang & Olufsen Design Team in the mid-1980s, was born. Following on from Beogram CD5500 and Beogram CD6500, Beogram CD7000 came into being, adhering carefully to its close relatives’ footsteps.

Again little mechanically changed from its previous incarnation, Beogram CD7000 was pretty much the same as the Beogram CD5500 and 6500 versions had been apart from sporting its own badge and differing colors.

Wonderful machines, all of these separates - but especially those from the Beosystem 7000.  Nowadays they are all highly desirable and sought after.  There will come a time for sure, when it’s no longer economical to purchase these old machines as fewer and fewer engineers are able to repair them. But until that day comes… enjoy!

Beogram CD7000, one of the best.

Shown below is the Beogram CD7000 (bottom right) as part of the Beosystem 7000.
