Beovision 8000 was a 26″ colour TV set whose inbuilt amplifier delivered a good 14 watts through its log-line system. Two drivers were enclosed: a 10cm woofer as well as a 5cm tweeter.
The set was the non-remote controlled version of the Beovision 8800. Other than that its technical specifications were the same.
The picture quality was excellent with TV stations being summoned by its row of twelve push-buttoned pre-set stations.
A headphone socket was included in the cabinet as well as connections to a tape recorder and extension speakers.
Beovision 8000 was to be the last non-remote control TV that Bang & Olufsen produced.
