BeoVox 2702 Passive Loudspeakers

BeoVox Loudspeaker

Production: 1972 - 1974

Designer: Jacob Jensen

Replacing Beovox 2700, this new two-way speaker was a compact loudspeaker able to produce sound at a good quality.

Like all Bang & Olufsen speakers at that time it was of a pressure-chamber design and could handle up to 25W RMS (45 W music power). Its frequency range was 45 to 20KHz.

Fitted with an 18cm woofer and a 4cm tweeter, the loudspeaker was recommended for use with the Beolab 1700 or as rear speakers in an ambiophonic system such as that headed by the Beomaster 4000.

It was available in a choice of three finishes.
